Straight line rotated about an axis

"A line of length of 12cm,is inclined at an angle of 60' with respect to the horizontal.find the area of the surface generated if the line is rotated through 360' about an axis which is 10cm from the midpoint of the line ".

By Pappus Theorem
$ A = L \times 2\pi R $

$ A = 12 \times 2\pi (10) $

$ A = 240\pi $
 

I plotted this in AutoCAD and here is the screenshot of what I think the best view of it. The area is that of lateral area of frustum of circular cone.
