$2\pi r - 2(r\theta) = 5280$

$r(\pi - \theta) = 2640$

$r = \dfrac{2640}{\pi - \theta}$

$r = \dfrac{2640}{\pi - \arctan \left( \dfrac{5280}{r} \right)}$
