About the Author
Romel Tarcelo F. Verterra is a licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines. He obtained his Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Leyte Institute of Technology (LIT), now Eastern Visayas State University (EVSU), in March 2000. He is presently teaching subjects of General Engineering Sciences at Asian Development Foundation College, Tacloban City and at the same time, he is a reviewer at Gillesania Engineering Review and Training Center (GERTC) in Tacloban City and Cebu City.
